- As a Factory Trained, service provider, we have a complete understanding of the product, which provides both you and our technicians with the following:
- Factory training –attending sometimes 2 to 3 times a year. Many of the manufacturers have invited our technicians for an extended stay at their factory training facility for in-depth, full product-line training. We always accept by sending one or more technicians.
- Full access to product technical service information.
- Key, essential service bulletins about your product.
- A reliable source for resolutions to difficulties and/or reoccurring problems with your product(s).
- Always look for a company that is fully insured. (We also add additional individual insurance on each technician.)
- Many companies claim to be factory trained or certified, but you must have a satisfactory answer from them as to why they're not Factory Authorized.
- Any company working on refrigeration must have their CFC certification. (A fully certified CFC technician supervises all of our refrigeration work.)
- Ask how long the company has been in business. (Our company is local to the MD-DC-VA area and has been in business for more than a quarter of a century.)
- Be naturally curious about 800 numbers when looking for local service.
